  1. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD IDEA, SOUTH AFRICA KNOWS VERY WELL THAT THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IS SO HIGH BUT THEY STILL SUGGESTING THIS AUTOMATIC MACHINE THING. EVEN IF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CAN BE INCREASED BUT THE CONS TO THIS IDEA WILL LIMIT OUR GDP AND SKILL ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO USE THE MACHINE IT WILL CAUSE SOME SORT OF A STRESS TO ELDERLY PEOPLE AND ABOUT THE MINIMIZATION OF COST THATS A LIE, MACHINES ARE COSTLY, THEY NEED MAINTENANCE AND ACQUISITION TO SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE IS ALSO REQUIRED. MOREOVER, THE STORE WILL ALWAYS HAVE TO KEEP UP WITH TECHNOLOGY BY BEING TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCE.
